Program name and description

Danielle Poché's Coastal Intelligence is operated by Danielle Poche. People who separately opt in may receive non-marketing messages about their new-home inquiry, requested property information, appointments, and service updates. People who separately opt in to marketing may also receive special offers, new-home opportunities, community updates, and service updates.

Opting in

SMS consent is optional, is not a condition of purchase, and is collected separately for marketing and non-marketing messages. Entering a phone number or submitting an inquiry does not by itself provide SMS consent.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your selections and interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

How to stop messages

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to the number from which you receive a message. We will send a confirmation of your unsubscribe status; after that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from the selected program. To rejoin, sign up again through the original opt-in process.
