Program name and description

Danielle Poché's Coastal Intelligence is a Realtor-partner update program operated by Danielle Poche. A Realtor who separately chooses text updates may receive recurring information about Baldwin County new-construction homes, communities, current written buyer incentives, Realtor offers, availability, and source-listed completion or closing timing.

Choosing Realtor text updates

Text updates are optional and separate from joining Danielle’s Realtor list or registering a represented buyer. Checking the SMS box authorizes recurring texts to the Realtor mobile number entered on that form. Merely entering a number, asking a question, or introducing a represented buyer does not enroll anyone in texts.

Represented buyers

A Realtor-side buyer introduction does not authorize Danielle to text the buyer and does not enroll the buyer in any recurring program. The Realtor remains Danielle’s point of coordination unless the Realtor directs otherwise through a separate private conversation.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies, typically weekly, and may change when current inventory or written terms change. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

How to stop messages

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to the number from which you receive a message. We will send a confirmation of your unsubscribe status; after that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from the selected program. To rejoin, sign up again through the original opt-in process.
