Information we collect

We may collect the information you submit, such as your name, email address, mobile number, inquiry, communication choices, source page, submission time, disclosure version, and technical evidence needed to document your request and consent.

How we use information

We use the information to respond to your inquiry, provide the information or appointment support you request, honor your communication choices, keep auditable consent and opt-out records, prevent duplicate enrollment, and meet legal, carrier, brokerage, and operational requirements.

Mobile information and consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data. We do not infer SMS consent from a phone number, email consent, a prior relationship, a social-media interaction, or a contact list.

Service providers

We may use service providers that process information only to operate the requested service, such as website hosting, CRM, customer support, and messaging infrastructure. They may not use mobile opt-in data for their own marketing.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry and consent evidence only as long as reasonably necessary for service, audit, legal, carrier, and brokerage requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may decline SMS and still submit an inquiry. Reply STOP to end text messages and HELP for assistance. You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by contacting poched@gmail.com.
