Client Registration Protocol

Before the first builder visit, confirm the current community’s registration and represented-buyer procedures directly with the builder. Requirements can vary by location and change over time.

1. Ask the community team for the current process before arrival.
2. Document the buyer’s representation and the builder’s confirmation.
3. Do not make promises about commission, incentives, or eligibility until the builder provides current written terms.
4. Keep the buyer copied on the agreed next step.
